Summerset Ellerslie – Block D

Summerset Ellerslie at Heritage Park is a purpose built community with accommodation options from Villas & Townhouses, and apartments to full care centres. The D Block addition to the site comprises of two levels of car parking with four additional levels of apartments.

Our Solutions

Willoughby Fire Solutions engineered a 3D sprinkler fire design including a hydrant system throughout the block, including floor isolation valves and flow switches on stair landings for system zoning. Seismic loops were also designed to allow for building movement.
