Clonbern Garden

Clonbern Garden situated in the heart of Remuera comprises four buildings, each with its own character and its own outlook onto the beautiful landscaped garden. Each building has 4-5 levels of apartments sitting on top of two levels of car parking with retail on the ground floor.

Our Solutions

Willoughby Fire Solutions was engaged at the conceptual design stage of the project to liaise with the client and architect to build a co-ordinated 3D fire sprinkler design in Revit in preparation for building consent application. With strategically placed risers and pipework sizing, we managed to engineer out the need for a diesel pump through our hydraulic calculations.
