CHT – Acacia Park

CHT Acacia Park development comprises a multistage demolition of the existing facility and construction of a new 2 level care facility. The new building will be constructed in stages whilst the existing building is partially occupied then demolished.

Our Solutions

Willoughby Fire Solutions had to carefully engineer a 3D fire sprinkler & hydrant design that was able to be installed in stages yet remain fully operational when parts of the building were demolished and then reconstructed. This posed numerous challenges with not wanting to re-route pipework once installed so through using phase filters in our 3D modelling software and strategically placed Sprinkler & Hydrant Main pipework runs, we were able to provide a 3D fire design that needed only to be installed once.
