BOP Regional Council

The new architecturally-designed, three-storey building is the new home of the Bay of Plenty Regional Council. The new building is a joint venture between TPB Properties and Quayside Holdings, the investment arm of the regional council. The 1600m2 site will house 21 car parks, a cafe on the ground floor, and council and leased office spaces on the 2nd and third floor.
