Bayfair Shopping Centre is a single level shopping mall in Mount Maunganui, with over 41,000m2 of lettable area and over 80 specialty stores. The development project involved increasing the size of countdown, an additional 40+ specialty stores, a new alfresco dining laneway, and a new seven screen cinema complex with seating for more than 1300 people.
Our Solutions
Willoughby Fire Solutions was specifically requested by Beca to take over the design to engineer a solution as one could not be found using already purchased equipment. Our 3D Fire sprinkler design consisted of 5 x new sprinkler systems, alterations and extensions to existing systems, and also booster pump and tank.
